Job Description

  • Process customers’ orders on a daily and weekly basis using 3PL(Inventory software)
  • Create, receive, and update containers on 3PL and update inventories file
  • Communicate to customers regarding issues and inquiries and relay them to the company in Korea
  • Notify customers of the shipments and issue the invoice based on the each shipment

 Requirements

  • Basic computer skills
  • Be able to use Word and Excel
  • Bilingual: Korean and English
