Samsung Hospitality America is expanding and looking for right candidate to join our team – Carmel, IN

Hiring title

- Entry Level in MICE Team (Travel arrangements, VIP and Event Support)

Main Job Duties

-         Travel arrangements for overseas travelers

-         Vendor negotiations and management

-         Client relations

-         Monthly reconciliation

-         Required to travel between Carmel office and Kokomo office

Qualifications

-         Permanent resident or U.S. citizens only (we do not sponsor Visa)

-         Bilingual (Fluent in English and Korean)

-         MS Office Skill (Power Point, Word, Excel)

-         Excellent Organization Skill as its fast paced environment

-         Excellent Communication Skill with clients and stakeholders

-         Meticulous self-motivator who’s a problem solver

* Experience in events or hospitality industry is a plus but not required as we will train. We just need your right work ethic.

These positions are Temp-to-hire, individual would be assessed after 3 months depend on performance.
